Qualification

Master’s, Bachelor’s ya barabar ke degree, 16 saal ki taaleem ke sath kam az kam 60 percent number ya 2.5 out of 4.0 ya 3.5 out of 5.0 (GPA system ke mutabiq) HEC se maqbool Pakistani idaraton se Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Data Sciences, Information Security, Cyber Security, aur SBP ke functions se mutalliq IT disciplines mein. Foreign degree ki soorat mein, HEC se equivalence certificate darkar hoga.

Iklanat ki tareekh ke hisab se zyada se zyada 26 saal. Age limit females, transgender persons, minorities, aur Northern Areas, Balochistan, Azad Jammu Kashmir, aur Gilgit-Baltistan ke umedwaron ke liye teht tino saal tak barha di jayegi, jo SBP aur uske subsidiaries ke employees hain, agar unhone tamam doosri eligibility shira'it ko pura kia ho.

Application aur Testing Procedure

Dilchaspi rakhne wale Pakistani citizens (Azad Jammu & Kashmir aur Gilgit-Baltistan shamil) ko upar di gayi eligibility shira'it ko pura karne ke liye NTS website (https://www.nts.org.pk) par log in kar ke online application submit karne ka tareeqa follow karna hoga.

Age CNIC ke mutabiq li jayegi.

Istehsalat mein shamil honewale applications jo zaroori maloomat aur tasveer, paidaish tareekh, ya kisi aur ahem maloomat ke bina honge, unhe shortlist nahi kia jayega. Iklanat ke mawafiq nahi hone wale applications qubool nahi kiye jayenge.

Applications aam tor par ya email ke zariye jama karne ki ijaazat nahi hai.

NTS shortlist hui candidates ko SMS ke zariye maloom karega, aur unke postal pataon par admit cards bhejega, sath hi inhe apni website par upload bhi karega, taa ke unhe mukarrar test centers par hone wale written test mein shamil hone ki ijaazat de. NTS apni website par mawafiq candidates ki tafseelat upload karega. Sirf shortlist hui candidates ko mazeed selection process ke liye rabta kia jayega.

Selection Procedure

Candidates jo written test ke asar par shortlist hue aur tamam doosri eligibility shira'it ko pura karne ke liye bulaye gaye honge, unhe group discussion/psychometric testing aur panel interview jaise mazeed selection process ke liye bulaya jayega. Candidates ko print ki gayi Application Form, taaleemi/professional documents ki tasdeeq shuda copies, foreign qualification ki soorat mein HEC se equivalence certificate, NTS fee payment ka saboot, Domicile, CNIC, aur teen passport size photographs sath laane honge. Agar koi candidate ghalat maloomat den ya zaroori maloomat ya documents faraham na karne ki koshish kare, ya bharti process par asar dalne ki koshish kare, to usay Bank ki tamam mazeed bharti process se kharij kar diya jayega, chahe wo candidate doosre lehaaz se muwafiq ho. Kamyab candidates merit order ke mutabiq chun liye jayenge, Pakistan Sarkar ke taayinat Quota provisions ka ahtiram kar ke.

Pre-Induction Training

Tamam tijarati amal ke bad, jaise tibbi jaanch, psychology test, aur taaleemi documents ki tasdeeq, intikhabi umedwaron ko National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad mein Applied Focused Theoretical Training (residential) ke liye trainees ke taur par bheja jayega. Jo trainees is training ko kamyabi se pura karte hain, unhe Assistant Director (OG-2) ke taur par SBP mein appointment di jayegi.

Compensation Package

Training ko kamyabi se mukammal karne par, trainees ko monthly-monetized salary Rs. 120,000/- ya jo muawin umedwar abhi tak hasil kar rahe hain, usi ke mutabiq shuroo ki jayegi, sath hi Bank ke qawaid ke mutabiq OG-2 ki salary scale mein mawafiq benefits ke sath. Training period ke doraan, trainees ko aadhi salary ke barabar monthly stipend di jayegi.
